PRIMA 2019 registration
Conference fees
Online registration is now available until the beginning of the conference. The conference fee is:

a) Workshops only (28 October 2019)
(Workshop categories does not include the welcome reception and the banquet):
• 100 EUR (ends on September 27th, 2019)
• 160 EUR (ends on October 17th, 2019)
• 180 EUR for on-site registrations
​
b) Main conference, Tutorials and Workshops – Student Fee
(includes welcome reception and banquet):
​
• 300 EUR (ends on September 27th, 2019)
• 360 EUR (ends on October 17th, 2019)
• 400 EUR for conference desk registrations
​
c) Main conference, Tutorials and Workshops
(includes welcome reception and banquet):
​
• 360 EUR (ends on September 27th, 2019)
• 420 EUR (ends on October 17th, 2019)
• 460 EUR for conference desk registrations.

A limited amount of extra tickets for social events is available. Extra tickets must be purchased within the late registration deadline. On-site registrations have not guaranteed access to social events.

d) Welcome reception – ​Ticket extra for guest: 25 EUR
e) Banquet – ​Ticket extra for guest: 80 EUR

Payment methods
The registration fees payment can be done either with Credit Card/Paypal or bank transfer. Please notice that the registration to the conference won't be confirmed until the payment is received (it may take few days in case of bank transfer)

Payment with Credit Card/Paypal
Paypal payment allows to register and pay fees with a Credit/Debit card. Please notice: it is not necessary to have a paypal account to choose this method of payment, a Credit/Debit card is enough.

Payment with Bank transfer. After registering at the link below, a Bank transfer in Euro (€) corresponding to the registration fee should be done to Safood srl.
Make sure that PRIMA2019 and the NAME of the person you are paying for appear on the MESSAGE FIELD of the bank transfer. The name of the person must be the same used in the online registration form. Copy of the bank transfer should be attached to the registration form. Please notice that all bank charges have to be covered by the ordering customer and please mention "free of charge for the receiving account" on all payments.
